Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to all paid products sold through YourAIToolShop, including directory listings, featured placements, sponsored slots, and add-on services. Because our products are digital services delivered immediately upon purchase, the terms below balance consumer protection with the irreversible cost of delivery (editorial review, placement, and promotional spend).

2. EU / UK Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off)
If you are a consumer in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason ("cooling-off period").
Exception — service starts immediately: By purchasing, you explicitly request that we begin delivering the service immediately (editorial review and listing activation). Under Art. 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, once the service has been fully performed you lose the right of withdrawal. For listings, "fully performed" means the placement has been published.
If the service has not yet been fully performed within the 14-day window, you retain your full right of withdrawal and we will issue a full refund.
3. Eligible Refund Cases
- Non-delivery: You were charged but the listing was never activated within 5 business days and we are unable to deliver within a reasonable grace period.
- Duplicate charges: You were charged twice for the same order in error.
- Billing errors: You were charged a price different from the one displayed at checkout.
- Service defects: The listing is materially non-conforming with the order description and we cannot cure the defect within a reasonable time.
- Pre-delivery cancellation (annual plans): You cancel an annual plan within 14 days of purchase and before the listing has been activated.
4. Not Eligible for Refund
- You change your mind after the listing is published.
- The listing did not produce the expected traffic, leads, or conversions.
- You violated our Terms and the listing was removed.
- You failed to provide required information for activation (logo, copy, founder verification) and the listing was never published because of that failure.
- You purchased an annual plan and used the listing for more than 14 days.
- Editorial reports, custom research, or done-for-you content that has been delivered.
- Requests made more than 60 days after the charge date.
5. How to Request a Refund
Email admin@bookaistudio.com with:
- Your order reference or Stripe receipt ID.
- The billing email on the order.
- A short description of the reason for the refund.
- Any supporting evidence (screenshots of duplicate charge, etc.).
We acknowledge refund requests within 2 business days and aim to resolve within 7 business days.
6. Processing Times
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe.
- Credit / debit cards: 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
- Bank transfers (ACH/SEPA): 3–7 business days.
- Other methods: as supported by Stripe at the time of refund.
Refund processing times depend on your bank or card network and are outside our control once issued.
7. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks on services that have been delivered may be disputed with Stripe. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension and recovery of Stripe dispute fees.
If we have already issued a refund or agreed to issue one, please withdraw any pending chargeback to avoid duplicate recovery.
